Off-White’s Nike Air Presto Is Back and More Hyped Than Ever

Even without the addition of designer Virgil Abloh's dizzying levels of hype, the Nike Air Max 97 Mens Black Sale remains a banger of a sneaker. The stripped-down design and sock-like fit were years ahead of their time: Sock sneakers and deconstructed kicks are all the rage right now, but the Presto has been flaunting those vibes since 2000. Which is to say that the more avant-garde sneakerheads among us have always been drawn to the Presto.

So when Abloh gave the style his signature Off-White touch last year, as part of his The Ten collab with Cheap Nike Air Max 90 Womens For Sale, the sneaker’s cool factor flew off the charts. And after months of waiting, the sold-out-everywhere kicks are coming back tomorrow in a sleek new colorway.

The first Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Black Australia Sale featured a two-tone look—a black upper paired with a white lacing cage and outsole. This latest version opts for a more monochromatic look, with an all-black upper (minus the stitched-on white Swoosh logo). The stealthy black-on-black colorway makes the more adventurous details of the Presto feel a little more low-key, but make no mistake: This thing is still going to turn some heads. That's just what a Virgil Abloh–designed sneaker does. As expected, all of the usual trappings of the collaboration are included: “AIR” printed in Helvetica, the small orange tab, and the hyped cherry on top...the it-could-only-be-Off-White red zip tie.

Just like every other sneaker in the growing arsenal of Off-White x Nike Air Huarache Black And White, this limited-edition Air Presto won't be easy to get. After all, this is the shoe Bruno Mars wore during his Grammys performance—and the shoe that still fetches an astonishing $1,700 on the sneaker aftermarket.
