""He (Trump) is not seeking to go to war,"" Tillerson said, adding that ""those diplomatic efforts will continue until the first bomb drops.""


Despite Tillerson's stress on diplomacy, White House National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster said in a separate interview with Fox News on Sunday that Trump would do whatever is necessary to prevent an attack from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on the United States.

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 26 (Xinhua) -- The death toll from an outbreak of Hepatitis A in San Diego County in the U.S. state of California has reached 17, the latest update released by the county's Health and Human Services Agency revealed on Tuesday.


Seventeen people have died of the highly contagious virus in San Diego, the southernmost county in the state of California. Among the 461 cases that have been confirmed Brek Shea USA Jersey , the number of hospitalizations stands at 315, the update showed.


A third of the cases involved people who used illicit drugs and are considered homeless. Local authorities have installed new bathrooms for transient laborers in San Diego County to help curb the spread of the virus.

LONDON - British voters get to decide on Thursday who they want to rule the world's fifth-largest economy in a tight election that could yield weak government, propel the United Kingdom towards a vote on EU membership and stoke Scottish desire for secession.


Prime Minister David Cameron's Conservatives and Ed Miliband's opposition Labour Party have been neck and neck in opinion polls for months, indicating neither will win enough seats for an outright majority in the 650-seat parliament.
