PHNOM PENH， June 16 (Xinhua) -- Cambodia's Siem Reap Provincial Court on Thursday sentenced an Indian national to 14 months in prison for sexually abusing an underage girl， an anti-pedophile agency said in a press release.


Raj Deo， 46， a clothes seller living in northwestern Siem Reap province， was convicted of "Indecent Assault by Article 246 of the Criminal Code of Kingdom of Cambodia" against one girl aged 14， said the press release issued by child protection NGO Action Pour Les Enfants (APLE)， which assisted the police in a probe leading to the arrest and conviction.
