Perhaps it’s the collector in everyone that makes Star Wars sneaker collaborations so inevitable. But kids have moved past the days of collectable figurines and now fetishize sneakers as a popular hobby. adidas Originals x Star Wars has been churning out sporadic releases and today the Adidas ZX 700 UK Online returns in a GS “Darth Vador” inspiration. A matte black to mirror the late Anakin Skywalker’s helmet arrives throughout while an ominous red lines the sneaker.

Sneaker News previewed a couple of Adidas ZX 700 Women colorways for ladies back in March, both of which have released over the past few weeks. One went for a more traditional approach, the other opting for a touch of today’s hottest trend by way of a leopard print coming in on the sockliner and heel. Here’s another one of these kind of makeups, switching from the white look with a bit of red to a more saturated rendition in Legend Ink blue.

If you want leopard sneakers, adidas has got them. Of course, if you don’t want a sneaker that has an actual leopard hanging off the front a la Jeremy Scott, they’ve got that too. Ending up much more mild in its approach is this pair, a women’s version of
the Adidas ZX 700 Men. The print here lines the sneakers in black and white, with the outer shell grabbing a creamy tone that’s paired up with a couple red accents here and there.

The Adidas ZX 700 Order has shown us three distinctly different ways to apply a ‘tonal’ colorway to its familiar lines over the past couple months. Here’s a fourth and the most uniformly colored of the
bunch, a ‘Wheat’ Adidas ZX 700 Purchase that will no doubt draw comparisons to icons like the OG Timberland 6″ boot thanks to the golden yellow suede upper. These only add a bit of contrast by way of the famed adidas royal blue on the tongue tag and heel support, and there’s a bit of camouflage hidden on the insoles.
